Who you're buying from

How ordering works

Pick your products, choose a pickup slot and pay — by card on Grow's secure page, or in cash at pickup. At the end you'll see a confirmation page with an order number — keep it. From the moment the order lands, I get to work.

Prices

Prices are in Israeli shekels, and the price you see is the price you pay — no extras at checkout. Using a coupon? The discount shows before payment. You'll get a receipt for every order (as a VAT-exempt small business — no VAT is added).

Stock

Everything is cooked in small batches, and sometimes something runs out. Ordered something that ran out before I prepared it? I'll get in touch, and you choose: a replacement or a full refund.

Pickup

Your order waits for you at the slot you chose, on HaArba'a Street opposite the Cinematheque. Can't make it? Write to me and we'll move it to another slot. Didn't show and didn't coordinate? I'll keep the order refrigerated one extra day — after that, talk to me and we'll see what can be done.

Delivery

Coming soon. When it arrives, these terms will be updated accordingly — delivery area, fees and times.

Cancellations and refunds

• As long as I haven't started preparing the order — cancel with a single message, for a full refund to your payment method. For cash orders, you simply haven't paid yet.
• Fresh food is a "perishable good" under Israel's Consumer Protection Law — so once an order has been prepared or picked up, standard cancellation and returns no longer apply.
• Still: something not right — freshness, taste, a missing item? Write to me within 24 hours of pickup, with a photo if you can, and I'll arrange a replacement or a refund. I stand behind every jar.
• Card refunds go through the payment processor back to the same card, usually within a few business days.

Allergens

The ingredient list appears on every product page. My kitchen works with a wide range of ingredients — including nuts, gluten and dairy — so if you have a severe allergy, write to me before ordering.

Mistakes on the site

Mistakes happen — in a price, a description or stock. If one touched your order, I'll let you know right away, and you can always cancel for a full refund.

Intellectual property

The content, recipes and photos on this site are mine or licensed. Don't copy them or use them commercially without asking me.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and jurisdiction lies with the courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
